Cowboy, Cowgirl teach entrepreneurship at Midlands middle school

HOPKINS, S.C. (WACH)-- Most people might expect cowboys to teach riding, roping, and caring for horses but that was not the case at Hopkins Middle School.

On Thursday, cowboy, and cowgirl, Mark and Sandra Myers of Greenfield Farms visited students to talk about entrepreneurship.

From limited liability, marketing to a target consumer and profitability, students had a crash course on what it takes to run a successful company.

Teachers said it was a great way to expand children's idea of what an entrepreneur looks like.
