COLUMBIA, SC (WACH) - A former political activist and Columbia attorney is having his law license revoked.
Todd Kincannon will have his SC law license suspended until further notice, according to the SC Supreme Court.
Peyre Thomas Lumpkin will assume responsibility for Kincannon's clientele and accounts.
The Supreme Court did not give a reason behind this decision, but Kincannon was arrested earlier this year in March on criminal domestic violence charges.
According to warrants, Kincannon and his wife were coming from an event March 26, when the two got in argument.
It is alleged Kincannon started driving recklessly and at one point grabbed his wife.
A court date is still pending on this incident.
Kincannon has also worked as a political activist, where he has made controversial comments about Ebola, the Trayvon Martin case and Texan politician Wendy Davis.
