CPD looking to identify woman accused of identity fraud


COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH)-- The Columbia Police Department is asking the public's assistance in identifying a woman wanted for identity fraud.

The woman is accused of fraudulently using the victim's identity to obtain multiple lines of credit exceeding more than $10,000 in various stores including sporting goods and jewelry stores.

In March she was caught on video surveillance using a stolen card at a store on 100 Columbiana Drive.
