SLED: Detention center officer charged after prisoner has contraband
SUMTER COUNTY, SC (WACH) – A former detention center officer is now behind bars after allowing an inmate to have contraband while in jail, according to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division.
Twenty-two-year-old Keneshia Suade Mcfadden is charged with misconduct in office, according to a warrant.
Mcfadden is accused of knowing and allowing the inmate to have contraband while at the Sumter County Sheriff's Office Detention Center, according to the warrant.
Mcfadden is now at the Sumter County Sheriff's Office Detention Center.
