Entertainment WACH with HOT 103.9's Beasy Baybie tackles Hollywood gender pay gap


On this week's Entertainment WACH, HOT 103.9's Beasy Baybie and our Morning Traffic & Lifestyle Reporter Natalie Parsons tackle the issue of Hollywood's gender pay gap.

Beasy also lets us know about some local events happening in the Midlands:

-Tasty Tuesdays at Edventure on select Tuesdays at 4 p.m. It's a fun time for our little cookers. The Children's Museum is offering $12 cooking classes for those 8-12 years old.

-USC Men's Basketball vs. Kentucky Wildcats over at the Colonial Life Area on Tuesday at 7 p.m.

-25th Annual Palmetto Senior Show is happening on Thursday at 7 p.m. over at the South Carolina State Fairgrounds. The show will feature over 100 vendors and live music with over 5,000 seniors expected to attend.

-Red Shoe Run is a great way for Hand Middle School to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House by getting active. Students will be running either a 5K or 10K.

And Beasy's "Deal of the Week" is over at Remington College where the school is offering a "Buy One Get One" cosmetology service in January from Monday through Friday at 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. For more details or to schedule an appointment please call (803) 214-9062.
