The Lexington County Sheriff's Department needs the public's help in identifying the suspect in two burglaries.

On November 7, the suspect used a hammer to break into Gator's Market on Corely Mill Road. He then broke into Smart Stop on Platt Springs Road three hours later.

In both instances, he wore a ski mask over his face and socks on his hands. LCSD believes he left in a silver sedan.

He stole cigarettes from both locations, which is estimated to total a few thousand dollars.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crimestoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
