LEXINGTON COUNTY, SC (WACH) – One man has been arrested after he exposed himself to a woman in public, according to the Lexington Police Department.

Thirty-nine-year-old David Dale Becker is charged with indecent exposure, according to police.

The incident happened at the Target in the Lexington Pavilion parking lot in the 5100 block of Sunset Blvd Saturday, Nov. 4 around 4:30 p.m.

Officers say they met with the woman who said that while she was in her vehicle in the parking lot of the Lexington Pavilion, she saw a white man, who was later identified as David Becker, driving up and down the rows of parked vehicles near the Target store.

The woman told officers that when Becker saw that she was sitting in her car, he parked his car nearby. She said that she watched as Becker lifted himself out of the car seat to show her his penis and that he was masturbating.

She also said that Becker then opened his vehicle door while he continued to masturbate. The woman drove away from where David Becker had parked and immediately called the Lexington Police Department.

Detectives arrested David Becker on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018. He was taken to the Lexington County Detention Center and when seen by a judge at Lexington County Bond Court, he was given a surety bond of $2,000 and to have no contact with the victim.
