Men wanted for questioning after deadly Five Points shooting

Columbia Police Investigators want to question these three men about a shooting in Columbia's Five Points.

COLUMBIA, SC (WACH)-Columbia Police are searching for three persons of interest who may have information in the shooting of a man found dead inside a car on Harden Street on Sunday.

Columbia Police released surveillance pictures Monday night via Twitter of three men and two vehicles. Investigators believe the men may have information into the death of 21-year-old Levi Happy.

According to Columbia Police Chief Skip Holbrook, Happy was found inside a vehicle at the 1000 block of Harden Street shortly before 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning after the St. Pat's in Five Points festival.

Officers were dispatched to the location along with EMS when Levi Happy was found unresponsive. EMS personnel pronounced him deceased at the scene.

Coroner Watts says that the cause of death is a gunshot wound to the lower abdomen. At this time, CPD is investigating the death as suspicious.

While Investigators work to determine the circumstances surrounding Happy's death, they are talking with his acquaintances and reviewing surveillance video.
