North Main Street widening and repaving project officially complete after years of delays

All phases complete, Richland County officials confirmed this multiphase widening and construction project on North Main Street is officially done and open to the public.{p}{/p}

Richland County Councilman Paul Livingston says the delays can partly be blamed on an old trolley rail that was embedded in the ground.{p}{/p}
