Sheriff: Man with 'distinct nose' sought after gas station robbery

    Deputies in Clarendon County are searching for a man they say robbed a Manning gas station Saturday.

    Video surveillance shows an armed man enter the Marathon Gas Station on Paxville Highway just after 8 p.m.

    The suspect is described as a white man with a distinct nose. He was seen on video coming inside of the store with something black covering his face.

    Once inside the man made the store clerk get on his knees and put his head down as he grabbed the cash from the register.

    After taking the money the man ran from the store before getting into an unknown car headed towards Highway 261 in the I-95 direction.

    He as last seen wearing grey sweat pants, a black hoodie with something red on the shirt underneath, and black tennis shoes with a white bottom.
