KERSHAW COUNTY, SC (WACH) – Deputies need your help in identifying a person involved in an armed robbery at a Bojangles restaurant, according to the Kershaw County Sheriff’s office.

The armed robbery happened at the Bojangles at 497 Highway 601 in Lugoff around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to deputies.

The department says the suspect came through the drive through side door, jumped over the counter and went straight to the cash register while armed with a gun.

The suspect then handed an employee a bag and demanded her to put the money in the bag. The suspect then ran out of the restaurant and left in a waiting car.

The suspect was wearing all black clothes, black shoes and a camouflage cap with a cold weather mask, according to deputies. The suspect is also tall and thin.
