Cain leaving Clemson, will enter 2018 NFL Draft

Clemson junior wide receiver Deon Cain will forgo his senior season and enter the NFL Draft, according to multiple reports, including Solid Orange analyst and Times and Democrat writer Zach Lentz.

Cain joins teammates Van Smith and Ray-Ray McCloud as the Tigers three underclassmen leaving early for the draft.

The Tampa Florida native finished his time at Clemson with 20 touchdowns and 2,040 yards.

David Hale of ESPN was the first to report Cain's departure.

Cain is projected to go between the second and fifth rounds of the draft.
