Three Gamecocks ink NFL free agent deals after going undrafted
COLUMBIA, SC (WACH) -- Less than an hour after the conclusion of the 2018 NFL Draft, three South Carolina Gamecocks have inked deals with NFL teams.
USC offensive lineman Cory Helms has been signed as a free agent by the New Orleans Saints. Helms went undrafted this weekend, but made the announcement that he'll be headed to camp with the Saints in a tweet Saturday night.
According to NFL network's Ian Rapoport, Chris Lammons has agreed to join the Atlanta Falcons as a free agent.
NFL agent Brett Tessler tweeted that defensive tackle Taylor Stallworth will be joining Helms in Nolafter signing as a free agent with the Saints as well.
